the dvorak & flick layouts adapt the dictionary #110

Currently the dvorak en flick layouts adopt the dictionary of the previous selected layout for example someone switching from the spanish layout to the english dvorak will be get corrections in spanish

while this seems usefull at first glance this also means switching from dvorak and to the emoji layout will disable autocorrect, autocomplete, spellchecking and autocapitalization
