due to a stupidity on my end pull request #93 was ruined so this a retry of that

known issues

[x] the layout adopts the dictionary of the previously selected layout (#100 ) fixed
a key for switching to an emoji layout has been added, for this a separate emoji layout was added (#129) the known issues are
- [x] switching to emoji layout changes the active layout (fixed by commit 45f1b71)
- [x] autocorrect interfers with emoji input (fixed in commit bb2baf9)
[ ] swiping up from the top row occasionally dismisses the keyboard partially (#111 )

Thank you for contributing to UBports. As part of project renaming and the effort to port Ubuntu Touch stack to Ubuntu 20.04, we're incrementally migrating repositories to GitLab.
