[Beta] No mention suggestions in supergroups except for admins #206

In the beta release we cannot get suggestions when mentioning someone in super groups, except for admins. This still works in the stable release at the open store (v2.5.4.0).

This is because API change and how lists of participants need to be treated completly differently. Sorry wont fix here :)
