I've managed to solve it. I was having the same trouble as in: https://forums.ubports.com/topic/3229/sony-xperia-x-suzu-f5121-f5122/128 just a type error (I was flashing oem partition with the zip file instead of the img one).

Furthermore if it helps someone trying to install Ubuntu Touch on Xperia X (suzu), I was successfull using the following guide: -https://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-x/development/rom-ubuntu-touch-sony-xperia-x-t3958100
