as far as the phone its unlocked software thinks its locked, sends me to a website that does not pull up

Sorry about that. What exactly do you mean by "that does not pull up"? Is the code you entered (*#*#7378423#*#*) what you got from the website Could you try again and put 0x7378423 in the text field in the installer instead? That might work. Please let me know. Thanks!
