Links broken #46

It seems like all links in the README.md file are broken.

As the OnePlus One has the highest "maturity" rating on ubuntu-touch.io it would be interesting to know what works and what doesn't.

I couldn't find the OnePlus on the forum under "porting -> devices" neither: https://forums.ubports.com/category/46/devices

Any ideas, where I could get some overview?
