Some received SMS are truncated (from the begining). Very last words are visible. #1022

Description of the feature The 1st sms of the day, for one contact, is truncated: I got only the end of the sms. That happened today and yesterday with the same contact. Following sms are complete.

Expected behavior To get a complete text...

Actual behavior incomplete sms even if "Status" in properties is "received".

@lduboeuf I have not met that issue for months I have to say... (I keep my finger crossed) That is a good thing for me even if I do not understand why. Me and my wife (the sender) have not change the provider or phone or something else. From my side, 2 (or 3?) OTA have been uptated... I know noone with a pinephone but I can try to find someone with Android >=9. Anyway, thank you for taking that time on that issue.

Ok then it will be impossible to fix it maybe. If we cannot retest with weird PDUs not sure ^^

I send and ask to receive again the text with another person who has got a huawei mate pro, Android 9. (One provider is different as well) The text is the one that was previously problematic, the one @lduboeuf mention in the comment from the 17th of December. I have noticed no problem, hence the issue cannot be repeated with that setup.
