reboot without data connection confuses time and date settings #1304

device: E5 channel: dev

steps to reproduce:

turn off data connection (wifi and mobile data) e.g. by activating flight mode
reboot phone

expected behaviour:

time and date are more or less the current time and date

actual behaviour:

time and date are miles off (correct time see below)
turn on mobile data, time is corrected

Timekeeping in Android is not trivial. We had a lot of issues with this already, including still no accurate timestamps of updates exactly because of this problem. Basically we seem to be unable to sync the onboard clock and resync when booting.
