Description of the feature

I'd like to see OTA updates for Ubuntu Touch have changelog info (commits? feature/fix list? humblebrags? ASCII art kittens?) associated with them like most app updates do. I'd like to see a list of what's in the new version before I install, and I'd like to see what has been changed so I can test the updates if I feel they apply to me.

As it would turn out, we do have support for this, but we do not publish any changelogs at the moment: https://github.com/ubports/system-settings/commit/25152ba4f8de8820e254f41b5281faed51d673e3

I'll keep this report open until a time where we are able to generate these changelogs and get them into production.

A changelog would give the entire UT a nice consistent feel though. Not to say allot more easy to follow what's new :).
