Morph web browser: no scrolling with mouse via USB OTG #1851

Description of the feature

Steps to reproduce

Connect a mouse via an USB OTG cable. Start the Morph web browser.

Expected behavior

Scrolling through a web page using the mouse wheel.

Actual behavior

At first scrolling works. But after some clicking on links (two or three times) and remaining in the same tab, scrolling stops working. In a new tab, scrolling works but will stop working again after some link clicking.

I can confirm this and actually sometimes, it's the touch that stops working. It seems like the webpage gets out of focus and can't be focused again.

Tested only in desktop mode, this problem is always persistent. Wheel works anywhere else on the OS

Same issue here with a Bluetooth mouse on OTA-24 and OTA-25. Scrolling works in other places, like the File Manager.
