USB doesn't fully work - Samsung Note 4 trlte #2014

Description of the feature

The USB connection doesn't fully work, only charging works but the system doesn't recognise it. Samsung Note 4 trlte

Device: Samsung Note 4 trlte
Channel: dev
Build: 2022-07-25

Steps to reproduce

Plug device into USB
Literally nothing happens

Expected behavior

MTP and ADB to be available
Device shows up through lspci, adb devices or anything
Charging symbol on phone

Actual behavior

PC doesn't recognise the phone
Phone charges but no symbol

Logfiles and additional information

Unsure where to find the right logs, installed the app but not sure which component is messing up

The LED light turns on when the USB is plugged in but nothing else visually, like no charging symbol
