Devel: Unable to toggle on bluetooth #2026

Description of the feature

Toggle on Bluetooth

Expected behavior

Bluetooth is on

Actual behavior

It doesn't turn on. Note that if i toggle on Bluetooth and reboot, the BT is on and i'm able to connect. By switching Off and On, BT is lost, a reboot is needed

BT toggle should only involve rfkill and kernel, rebase of Bluez should not matter actually.

I can confirm this issue on both RC and devel channel with suzu.
