Device reboots during starting procedure (Nexus 4) (OTA-23) #2031

Dear all, When I turn on (or restart) my device, it reboots during the starting procedure, each time, I mean that doesn't look random. Instead of that: Press power-->Google screen-->Ubuntu touch screen-->SIM code-->unlocked device I see that: Press power-->Google screen-->Ubuntu touch screen-->reboot-->Black screen for long seconds-->Google screen-->Ubuntu touch screen-->SIM code-->unlocked device

No big deal, but longer to start. Best,

This also happens on the Samsung Galaxy S10 SM-G973F Exynos 9 Series 9820 beyond1lte, installed over LineageOS 18.1 Android 10.
