Steps to reproduce

When trying to install apps or packages using Libertine via Settings->Libertine the installations hang and never complete. Deleting/Cancelling the installation does not stop it or remove it from the Libertine install list, a restart of the operating system does not stop it. Status reports ready and Operation Details reports None. A blue progress circle spins showing the operation is in progress. Currently I have not found a way to cancel the installations.

Expected behavior

Installations either completes or fails, either way some feed back would show, at least deleting the installation would work.

Actual behavior

Installation hangs, no feedback is given, can't delete the installation, restart does nothing.
