Steps to reproduce
I'm trying to make MMS work again (it worked for a short instant) by configuring APN. Sometimes, when I try to uncheck them, I feel like it's not taken into account (i.e. even though I unchecked the Internet access related APN, it's still working). So I start hitting the reset APN configuration, which then makes me lose Internet connection, even when I try to recheck the Internet related APN. After fiddling a little more, the phone screen turns black, white, black and then gets stuck on an orange screen.
Expected behavior
When enabling/disabling/resetting APN, it should be taken into account. Generally speaking, I feel like I have to reboot my phone whenever I'm changing anything there, because it doesn't seem to be taken into account.
Actual behavior
The phone crashes. All that's left to do is reboot it by keeping the power button pressed until it shuts down.
