continuous reboot and cant connect to WEP for long time
Expected behavior
given the password ,the device should connect to the network
Actual behavior
after input password of the wireless (wifi),the device reboot for many times,however ,open network is everything ok
Logfiles and additional information
if reboot to twrp and delete the profile(/data/system-data/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/xxxxx) of encrypted network, it can restore and boot to system,but cant connect to wireless with password.Open wireless is fine(my other phone hotport
