Unable to add Nextcloud account - 'Invalid host URL' #2083

Hi,

I am unable to add my Nextcloud account in System Settings as I receive the message 'Invalid host URL'. URL, username and password are correct and work in the browser.

I see #468 relates to a similar problem but is closed. My issue seems similar. The only possible cause I can think of is that my Nextcloud instance resides on a subdomain which differs from the suggested URL format.

My password does have one non-alphanumeric character. This aspect of issue #468 seems like it was resolved so I have not tested this.

I could setup a temporary account on my Nextcloud if anyone was able to check this for me.

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

Account should be added.

Actual behavior

Error message with 'Invalid host URL' is shown.

I have the sams issue.

My NextCloud URL is formatted as https://foo.bar.foobar.foo

This is not a bug in GhostCloud itself. If I was you I would file the bug against the Ubuntu Touch bug tracker.
