bluetooth problems on focal [volla] #2123

Steps to reproduce

turn on bluetooth

Expected behavior

bluetooth turned on

Actual behavior

turns bluetooth off again. Contradicts with the swipe down setting which is still off even it's turned on in the menu settings. Task bar bluetooth icon is missing. No chance to search for a bluetooth device.

Logfiles and additional information

Bluetooth used to work on xenial. When sim card isn't insert it seems to work. Bluetooth icon is back. Bluetooth setting and task bar bluetooth button are in sync again.

Same on Redmi note 7. Also off in battery settings, turning it on here and then rebooting occasionally works.

Try to do: sudo service bluetooth restart && sudo service bluetooth-touch restart Every time I turn bluetoooth off, when I want to turn it on I have to do this to put it to work. I already created an alias in my .bashrc
