accessibility - colour filters #298

On iOS you can add colour filters, these make it easier for people with dyslexia to read the screen.

"Ok , bit complicated but it's in System settings> accessibility > display accommodations > colour filters (pick your colour) then set the triple click home button to activate colour filters."

We should add this as it shouldn't be to difficult to add and can help dyslexic people use the phone.

If your phone has a home button/finger print scanner you could use that, or add another indicator, which only shows up if you tick an accessibility box.
