Revert "Add support for interacting with Content Hub Clipboard UI via DBus calls" #15

This fixes https://github.com/ubports/ubuntu-touch/issues/658

Ubuntu-ui-toolkit was using a newer content-hub dbus api that was not implemented in the version of content hub we use, this reverts that.
