"Clock" pin-code prompt #425

This allows to use a keyboard less pin-code prompt: Simply tap or swipe on numbers to perform your pin-code

to test: sudo ubports-qa install PR_gsettings-ubuntu-touch-schemas_3 sudo ubports-qa install PR_unity8_425 sudo ubports-qa install PR_lomiri-system-settings_328

then reboot

go to settings -> security -> lock security -> 4 digit pin -> choose "clock prompt"

turn your screen off and on
