Future of Upstart as a part of ubports #3

Hello,

My name is Cameron Nemo. I maintain a fork of Upstart that I refer to as startup. I would like to know what interest remains for Upstart in ubports, so that I may determine whether a move from Upstart to startup is a possibility.

I have fixed several long standing bugs in my fork, as well as pulled in patches from both Chrome OS and Ubuntu patching. The test case is passing cleanly, but the deb packaging could use some love.

Rather than wasting my time on that effort if nobody will benefit, I wanted to hear your thoughts on the topic.
