Add various reference plugins #1

Please take a look at these files and give me feedback on what needs to be changed. This is my first time generating code for SIL, so I'm sure it doesn't conform to your conventions.

Please revert the changes you made to WordCloud and Hello World. Would cloud is a "third party" component that does not need to reference the plugin interfaces. And the HelloWorld program intentionally does not need to reference EmbeddedUIPluginInterfaces.
