API Version 2.0.21 Demos #8

Hey Team,

Now that Paratext 9.2.102.17 is out and can use the newer 2.0.21 API, can you release the demos for how to access the new features? For the capturing the TextCollections, your bugtracker references a Reference Plugin Q for the demo which currently doesn't show up here. I probably don't necessarily need that one as your documentation looks simple enough: https://github.com/ubsicap/paratext_demo_plugins/wiki/ITextCollectionChildState

But as for the part where we can read encrypted resources, we'll need a unlock key and demos for that. Obviously don't reply here with that key :-) but reply to my email.

That is a good point. It's out there as a pull request that I'm going to review today if possible.
