Also support comma in para vid? #52

USX 3.0.7 recently supported a comma in sid and eid, but Lois is now getting a schema error on USX with a comma in the para vid:

  <para style="q1" vid="ACT 2:34,35">'གཙོ༌བོ༌ དཀོན༌མཆོག༌གི༌ ངའེ༌ གཙོ༌བོའ༌ མོལས༌,</para>
  <para style="q2" vid="ACT 2:34,35">ངའེ༌ ཁྱོ༌རང༌ངི༌ གྲ༌འོ༌ ཚང༌མ༌,</para>
  <para style="q1" vid="ACT 2:34,35">ཁྱོ༌རང༌ངི༌ རྐང༌པའེ༌ ཕོས༌སྟག༌ ཅོ༌ཅོ༌ ཚག༌པ༌,</para>

@ericpyle An apology - vid should have been kept in sync with sid and eid. I've update the schema - but did not bump the version number, which I hope is OK. DBL and PT will need this update.
