Add png to the supported @style attributes list for <char> for "Geographic proper names (Chinese texts)"

This is the USX companion to USFM 3.0 proposal "Geographic proper names (Chinese texts) (add \png ...\png*)". See: ubsicap/usfm#9 for detail.
