any preference for file type? #16

would you guys prefer I do the fft file in python or a jupyter notebook file? I usually just like the python files but im starting you realize you can't see all the plots and stuff without running it for yourself.

for now I'm going to do .ipynb file

@JustinJaniszewski can you share how you are doing your task 1? I am confused on how to do it with the selection of frequency unit?

the selection has to be something we can intuitively understand. for example, we typically think for frequency the units are 1/Hz. But really, we both dont understand the relevance of this number in this context. Maybe after analyzing the data we can see a spike in CO2 emissions after every few months or something like that. We can inutively understand this scale.
