To follow the naming convention of Python file, I just renamed the Nacl_cube_Octagon.ipynb to nacl_cube_octagon

Rename Nacl_cube_Octagon.ipynb to nacl_cube_octagon.ipynb

I am not sure, but I guess in this case NaCl should be fine because they represent Na and Cl molecules. Please review that, otherwise @Mosaddeq107 is correct but I guess if I am not wrong we can keep it the old way too,
