What initial positions did you use for your clusters? #75

I really just estimated it, and seems to be... working out? I am getting energies at about 28 eV.

initial coordinates for the cube I got them using the equilibrium distance either the theoretical one 2.312 A or the empirical one 2.36 A

I used the empirical value 0.236 nm
