Interactive plot #40

Hi, I have somehow managed to get the interactive plot. You can merge it and see the changes I have done. Thankyou.

I tried this, but is shows this error in googlecolab:

NameError: name 'cluster' is not defined

Yeah I somehow managed that too..try that code

Did you figure out? I have also mentioned in the issue, I will post my code after a while then you can check

You can just replace the matplotlib notebook by matplotlib inline in the main code from comphys...the interactive plot is not showing due to different environment
