Hi all, I have a question if I create a pull request, and then make changes to my files, do I have to create pull request again?

As long as you work in the same branch, no.

Cosmos491, I shared my comments on your PR in another issue. I think, per the PR requirements as set out in the HW guidelines, that the three of your files should be in a single folder which then should be put in the PR. Please correct me if I am wrong.
