Meldung von neuen Heften in MeisterTask durch modifizierte Alerting-Funktion - fehlende Hefte

Dieses Issue betrifft die Alerting-Funktion, die für das Konto "Sacherschliessung_neu" modifiziert wurde, damit eine besonders formatierte Mail an MeisterTask geschickt wird, wo sie in eine MeisterTask-Aufgabe automatisch verwandelt wird. In der Zeitschrift "Journal of Anglican Studies" wurden am 07.06.2022 drei verschiedene Hefte (2021/1, 2021/2 und 2022/1) durch ein automatisches Verfahren (Zotero) katalogisiert. In MeisterTask aber wurde eine Aufgabe nur für das erste Heft (2021/1) hergestellt. Mein Verdacht ist, dass nur eine Mail von der Alerting-Funktion geschickt wurde, und in dieser Mail standen nur Angaben über das erste Heft. Könnten Sie das bitte überprüfen und ggf. korrigieren? Lässt sich die ursprünglich versandte Mail aus Meistertask extrahieren und an die IT weiterleiten?

Das Alerting führt eine max_last_modification_time mit, die auf der Zeitangabe in Feld 005-basiert und die für den jeweiligen Nutzer und die jeweilige Zeitschrift in der Datenbank hinterlegt ist. Wenn sich beim Durchlauf im Datenbestand Artikel mit einem neueren Änderungsdatum finden, werden diese alertet. Für die ID von Sacherschließung_neu und die PPN 485245728 ist das derzeit 2022-06-07 15:50:39 (als Ergebnis des Alerting-Durchlaufs gestern um 22:00). Wendet man die für das Alerting genutzte Abfrage auf den aktuellen Datenbestand (mit den Neuerungen aus den heutigen Morgenstunden) an, so finden sich 36 Artikel mit einer neueren max_last_modification_time. Vermutlich wird also heute Abend noch ein weiteres Alerting im Bezug auf diese Zeitschrift stattfinden.

@jriedl Wenn ein neues Alert für die übrigen Hefte heute Abend getriggert wird, ist das in Ordnung. Aber hätte dieses Alert nicht schon getriggert werden sollen? Die Hefte wurde am selben Tag mit einem geringen zeitlichen Abstand (ca. 10 Minuten zwischen Heft 1 und 2) katalogisiert. Wie konnten sie im Durchlauf gestern Abend ignoriert werden?

Die aktuelle max_last_modification_time für die Zeitschrift ist nun der 10.6. 9:52, deshalb gehe ich davon, dass das Alerting für die fraglichen Artikel mittlerweile stattgefunden hat. Ist dies der Fall? Bzgl. Ihrer Frage wäre es für die weitere Analyse sinvoll, von den ursprünglich versandten Mails auszugehen (vgl. meine Frage am Anfang des Threads).

Ja, beide Hefte wurden einen Tag später alerted. Ich habe mittlerweile dasselbe Problem bei einer anderen Zeitschrift beobachtet. Solange die restlichen Alerts nur mit einem Tag Verzug generiert werden, ist das nicht tragisch. Ich beobachte die Entwicklung noch ein bisschen und melde mich wieder.
