Instead of providing fine-grained theme customization, we should be using whatever the current theme is. This patch removes all the theme and icon customization and forces the start-here icon.

@flexiondotorg - there are two caveats with this patch:

[x] I have not tested on HiDPI (edit: HiDPI support is now ready)
[x] There is an issue where when changing themes, it keeps the old icon until something triggers its reload. I'll address this as soon as I have a chance

Done with HiDPI support. Next to address is the theme changes

This patch removes over 500 lines of unnecessary and hard-to-maintain code
