docs: Add alt text for images #490

Images previously had no alt text, which is an accessibility issue. This adds alt text to all images in the documentation.

Special thanks to @davidekete for collaborating with the Ubuntu WSL team through the Canonical Documentation Academy and writing appropriate and effective alt the text for the images.
