Define and design UX for confirmation dialogs #1398

We should ask the user for information before performing certain actions like uninstalling an app.

I think we have a good set of dialogs now - this issue was about agreeing on a consistent design for dialogs like this one: https://github.com/ubuntu/app-center/pull/1786. Ideally we'd integrate them into yaru at some point.
