[Feature request] Add Flatpak as additional software source #1835

Hi there, I noticed that the "Software Center" has been succeeded by the much nicer "App Center" in Ubuntu 24.04 after upgrading from 22.04, but I can't find and browse Flatpak apps with it.

I've always been using Flatpak because some apps that I want are only there and not on Snap. Adding Flatpak to the Software Center was easy by installing a plugin. Can we please add Flatpak support to the App Center?

It's such a great source of software and also a great complement to Snap Store apps.
