Also, why renaming LICENCE -> LICENSE, it seems boths are accepted by Github license detection? (just out of curiousity), I have no strong opinion: we do use LICENSE in adsys because Debian packaging forces it (and I agree on standardizing). IIRC, this is what I used too in gowsl

The link in the README pointed to LINCENSE, so I had to either change the link or the name of the file. Since GoWSL and adsys both use the american spelling, decided to follow their lead.
