add fixes for GtkSingleSelection and maybe GtkMultiSelection #201

Hi,

GtkSingleSelection has seen some fixes, please include them for libgtk-4-1 package.

Please check this for explanation.

The Gtk 4 version in the gnome-42-2204 is 4.12.3. I think the snap needs a rebuild.
