xkb-data not staged in gnome-46-2404 #204

The path /usr/share/X11/xkb and its contents aren't present in gnome-46-2404 0+git.edd57b5 rev 12 causing this error:

libpxbackend-1.0.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Failed to load module: /home/ed10vi/snap/ubcoretst/common/.cache/gio-modules/libgiolibproxy.so
xkbcommon: ERROR: failed to add default include path /usr/share/X11/xkb
