DT-491 Remove the stripping process from Content snap #64

This MR removes the debug symbol extracting and stripping processes from the CONTENTS snap creation. It is complemented by https://github.com/ubuntu/gnome-sdk/pull/65 , which moves it into the SDK snap creation.
