The package is available in ppa:xypron/golang. Building on RISC-V depends on golang-1.16 - 1.16.7-1ubuntu2 available in the same ppa and looking for a sponsor.

Thanks a lot! This looks good to me, it builds on your ppa.

You should depend on golang-1.16 1.16.7-1ubuntu2~ in debian/control so that we can build-dep on it, but as I see it’s already in the archive, I won’t block on it. Merging and sponsoring thus.
