The category Applications-Science icon is missing. #2714

The applications-science category icon is missing as shown in the image below. ubuntu-mate_21 04 OS: Ubuntu-MATE 21.04

@ubuntujaggers (or @Jupi007) can you draw a full color version of the science symbolic icon?

There was one in #2690 so I'm not sure where it went? Bit of a placeholder icon (and a better match for "Education" than the icon's actual name) but it was there...
