ubuntu-mate-themes: The handle is not displayed #3972

Expected Behavior These themes found in the mate-themes package, are displaing the handle icon: Yaru-green, and Yaru-OK

It should be noted mate-themes version 3.22.23-1 is packaged for both Ubuntu MATE 22.04 and Ubuntu MATE at this writing and still:

The handle is required to remove the "Notification Area" with the mouse cursor.

Actual Behavior

Steps to Reproduce the Problem [Disclaimer: Do not confuse the term separator with the handle. The separator is another element that can be added from "Add to Panel"]

The handle is not visible for any theme in the ubutu-mate-themes package:
