Transfer information from RDS portal to Handbook

The current RDS portal contains information that may fit better in the Handbook. What needs to be done at least is the following:

1. Evaluate which parts will stay in the RDS portal and which content needs to be transferred to the Handbook.
2. In any case, Lena and I think that the overview of tools could be integrated in the guide What research data services and support are available for VU researchers?. We probably need to restructure the guide and integrate the information from the RDS Portal tools page.

Some of the tools are already topics, for example Qualtrics, or are listed among storage tools, like Yoda. Some tools are not, like detailed research process - we need to identify these tools and create topics for them. Some tools, like Amberscript are included within guides, like https://rdm.vu.nl/guides/process-and-analyze.html#data-processing but should be put into separate topics

Thanks @Jolien-S and @Karvovskaya 🙌 Seems like a good thing is to indeed get a list of all the topics in here, and potentially also the guides that would need to be added.

Could you add them in the top comment? As admins we can edit it and make sure existing issues get crosslinked as well.
