Update trainings.qmd

I added and changed a few things:

• where 'Target audience' said 'everybody', I replaced this with 'Students, researchers, data stewards'
• I replaced 'URL' with either 'More information', 'Registration form' or 'Training materials'.
• Where relevant, I added URLs based on the categories listed in the previous bullet point. Some only have one URL, others two (so far we don't have trainings for which all three categories apply, but in principle this should be possible as well.
