Include the current information page about Yoda in the handbook.

Seems like a good idea and not a lot of work since it's already in markdown. I'll rewrite it a little bit and add it as a topic, similar to the Qualtrics page.

Yes, it's a real issue, but I now see that there was a Yoda issues already, as @peer35 indicated. So we could also close this one and continue with #92.
