Be able to link to a tag and its rss feed at the end of an article #1484

We have a tag page but no links to it. I don't think its a good idea to list all tags at the end of articles because social medias have us interpret that as "thirsty". Also a lot of articles have really stupid tags since they had no function until a few days ago.

I talked with Iman and we decided that the best way to link to the tag page would be to add a field to the article page where you can select a tag which is then linked at the end of the article.

I think it would read something like "See all stories on 'Tag Name' and follow the rss feed to be notified (rss icon)"
