Site not loading #18

Hi, I was wondering if the website is still active? When I try to use it, the elements on the screen keep showing the loading animation and the screen is greyed out.

Hi Sebastian, This is usually caused by some kind of virus protection software. Could you please try disabling anything of that kind that you may be running. It can also sometimes be caused by an institutional firewall. So, if it is not virus protection, maybe you could try accessing from outside the firewall, if applicable. Best, Mario
