Moved to next sprint as Ray wants the next Ops member to work on it.

We have alarms in pingdom and ICINGA. Are we adding alarm to have three alarms? We only want one alarm, really. Ray believes the SIEM might be the ultimate alarm ... will update ticket when we know more.
