descriptions and images for 2024 content #81

Added descriptions, registration links (the few we have), and updated logos for 2024 yml. I'm going to submit a PR with work so far, but there are some outstanding issues I could use help resolving that this PR does not fix:

  1. uci-lib, ucsb-lib, and ucsf-lib aren't rendering at /speakers, not sure why
  2. /agenda is working fine, but there's no option on agenda to click talk to get to registration page - should add
  3. /calendar isn't showing up properly (totally empty calendar)

There's also an index.html conflict that hasn't been resolved

Images not rendering are because I got carried away updating some affiliations to library, and not all campuses have separate library affiliation in campus file. Will add commit here and update this PR.

We'll need someone from UCLA to download us the main campus logo, it's behind a login
